Unfortunately, the answer to that question is generally no. It’s tricky working on a website that’s been completed by someone else as we’re limited by what has already been built on the site. Integration of forms and CRM systems can’t be guaranteed and there may be conflicts with existing plugins or code that cause issues for your ’new’ website. Sometimes, a significant amount of unraveling of bad design, bad code, or both would be required. It’s actually far more cost effective for us both to simply rebuild your site and do it properly from scratch.

Yes, absolutely! We offer Google Suite (G-Suite) and Microsoft 365 email setup. 

Google Suite is a cloud-based service which is incredibly reliable and super fast.

Microsoft 365 is a subscription service that ensures you always have the most up-to-date Office apps from Microsoft. 

Being cloud-based, you’re able to access and edit your emails and files from anywhere in the world, on any device, as long as you have an internet connection. It also means you can store all your files ’in the cloud’, from anywhere in the world.

Email setup starts at $495AUD and then you simply pay directly for your accounts, per user, per month. Normally, it takes about one business day to get you up and running, with minimal fuss!

A huge benefit in choosing to sign up for our subscription platform is that you don’t have to worry about all the tricky, technical stuff. We make sure your site is always performing as expected and that your digital presence is always professionally displayed.

It’s important to us to maintain this degree of excellence so editing access is limited to our trained team who know their way around your site (like the back of their hand!). So, the short answer is mostly no. However, we do understand that you may want to make changes/additions at some point. Our standard build subscription offers up to one hour per month of free content edits (and additional changes can be undertaken at our hourly chargeout rate). 

If your site runs a blog, your subscription does give you full author access, enabling you to create, edit, and update your own blogs or you can take advantage of your one free hour and have us do it for you!

If you have signed up for our quick start build, content updates are not included as part of this package, which is intended for static sites, but if you would like to upgrade your hosting and maintenance to allow for edits, we’re more than happy to do so. The short answer is no. We offer a subscription-based, build-and-maintain service, which differs from the traditional web design services you might have used in the past. Most website designers require a large upfront cost to build a new site, with ongoing costs each time you want to modify it or update any code or plugins. This can be costly and also difficult for cash flow.

Our web design subscription service is very affordable and the ongoing monthly maintenance fee guarantees regular updates and top-notch hosting for your website, again at an affordable rate. As part of the subscription, you are also welcome to take advantage of a free update/refresh every 24 months, if you choose.

If you change your mind about using our services, you are welcome to leave the service at any time (30 days notice is needed), but there are no lock in fees or penalties for leaving. Any content or images you have supplied remain yours.

We require your DNS to be with Cloudflare, to use all the additional security features. We provide a fully managed DNS service to you. You don’t have to understand DNS to work with us as we will look after it all for you. SPF, DKIM, DDNSEC, CNAME, AAAA, SSL…we know all this so you don’t have to!
