While there may be several reasons why a business doesn’t have a website, it’s important to recognise that not having an online presence can be a significant disadvantage in today’s digital age.
However, building a website can be expensive, especially for small businesses with limited budgets. Some business owners may not be able to afford the cost of hiring a professional web developer or web designer. Additionally, creating and maintaining a website takes time and effort. Many business owners simply don’t have the time or the know-how to build and maintain a website while also running their business.
That’s why we do things a little differently. We offer a subscription-based web design platform on which we design, build, host, and maintain your website. There’s no lock-in contract, no large upfront costs, and no drawn-out build times.
1. Sign Up
Moving to our subscription-based platform is easy! Simply fill in our signup form to start the process. A one-off, non-refundable signup fee is payable on signup (but if you don’t love your new site on review and decide not to go ahead you’re free to cancel, at no cost. See our pricing for more details).
2. Web Design + Development
After signing up you’ll need to supply us with your logo, photos, content, brand kit (if applicable), and any other information you think is necessary to complete your new website. (Don’t have content or a logo? – talk to us about more options).
3. Review
Your new site will be ready for review within 21 business days from signup*. You’ll get a staging site link for your new site, so you can take a look and make any tweaks (final adjustments need to be requested within 14 business days of receiving staging link).

4. Go Live
Your subscription payments will commence one week after receiving the staging link, but don’t worry, your site won’t go live until you’re 100% happy and have given us the go-ahead.

Our standard web design offering comes with up to seven (7) fully mobile responsive pages, depending on your business or community requirements, which will give you a professional and engaging web presence. An average website page contains approximately 100 to 500 words, with larger pages containing 500 to 1,000 words.
You will need to provide the content (words and specific images) for each page (we will also select non-specific images to include on your site). We’re happy to proofread the supplied wording, and may make some suggestions to the wording as it relates to on-page SEO.
E-commerce isn’t included in our standard option, but it’s definitely something we can add on. If an online shop is part of your requirements, let’s chat about the best way to integrate this into your website.
We can also integrate images and posts from any social media accounts you have. If you don’t have social media accounts configured, we highly recommend you consider this for your business, as it’s one of the quickest and most effective ways of increasing your online reach. Take a look at our digital presence options, which we can build and fully integrate into your new website.
Any intellectual property (content, images etc) remains yours, but it’s important to understand that you are signing up for a subscription website plan, which means you don’t own the website outright.
The reason for this is that we want to make it as easy and as affordable as possible for businesses to have beautiful, functional websites, with all the background extras (maintenance, hosting, security), without the large upfront costs. It ensures the high-performing websites we build stay that way once they go live, without our customers needing to worry about taking care of them or updating them, and without inexperienced users inadvertently deleting or modifying critical processes, information, or design elements.
However, if you’ve been with us for 24 months or more and decide to cancel our services or would like to move to another provider, we will happily facilitate the full transfer of your website to your new provider at that point (see our terms and conditions).
Are you looking to run a blog on your site? Author access can be assigned to you so that you can post your articles to the site. You do get one hour of free content edits per month, however, so you might like to take advantage of this and have us do it for you!

what does it cost?
We’ve identified that one of the biggest barriers for business owners when thinking about designing and building their website is the (often) significant upfront build costs, together with the ongoing maintenance and support required to manage their sites. To eliminate this barrier, we have set up a website subscription platform for our customers, where they take advantage of our all-in-one service for a more affordable monthly fee.
We charge a one-off signup fee of only $399, which gets you fully set up on our subscription platform, with a custom site built for your business, ready-to-go-live within 21 business days.* Once your site goes live, we maintain it with regular updates, backups, and security (SSL certificate), together with premium hosting and any content updates you may need from time to time, for only $99 per month.
