Carrie looks after web design projects at Inversit — from layout and structure through to styling and launch. She brings a sharp eye for detail and a practical, user-first approach to every site. Carrie works closely with customers to make sure the final product not only looks great but works seamlessly for their business.
She’s known for her calm presence, creative problem-solving, and making even the trickiest ideas feel doable.

Bella leads the creative social media strategy at Inversit. With a background in digital design, storytelling, and communications, she brings together both the visual and technical sides of the business. She’s passionate about clean design, thoughtful branding, and making the digital space feel human.
When she’s not designing or managing projects, you’ll find her taking photos, working on new ideas, or working remotely from her favourite local cafe.
Luke is our go-to for all things tech. As Inversit’s IT consultant, he helps customers navigate the more complex side of digital — from setting up email hosting to troubleshooting technical issues and streamlining systems behind the scenes.
He’s patient, knowledgeable, and always ready to explain things in plain English, making IT feel a whole lot less intimidating.
Luke is also available for specific IT projects and comprehensive IT reviews.
