How much does a website cost?
Our standard custom websites start from $1,595 + GST, while eCommerce websites start from $2,950 + GST.
Every business is different, so if your website requires additional pages, specialised functionality or integrations, we’ll provide a clear quote based on what you actually need.
Is my website custom designed?
Yes. We don’t simply drop your content into a pre-built template.
Your website is designed around your business, brand, content and goals so the finished site feels like it belongs to you.
How many pages are included?
Our standard and eCommerce website packages include up to five core content pages, plus configured 404, terms, and privacy pages.
If you need more, no problem. Additional pages can be added and quoted according to the content and functionality required.
Will my website work properly on mobile?
Absolutely. Every website we build is responsive, which means it is designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
We pay attention to more than simply making everything fit on a smaller screen. Navigation, spacing, text and page layouts are considered across different device sizes to create a better overall experience.
Is SEO included?
Every website includes the technical and on-page SEO foundations needed to help search engines understand and index your site.
SEO is an ongoing process, so this is different from an ongoing SEO campaign, but your website will be built with good search visibility in mind from the beginning.
Do I need to provide all of the website content?
If you already have your written content, photography and branding ready to go, great.
If you’re not sure what you need, we can help you work through the content required for each page and provide additional design, branding and digital support where needed.
What if I don't have a logo or established branding?
That’s completely fine. Inversit also provides branding and graphic design services, so we can create or refine your visual identity before incorporating it into your new website.
This can be quoted alongside your website project if required.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your website and its content belong to you.
You’ll receive access to manage and update your website once it is complete. There are no arrangements that prevent you from moving your website elsewhere in the future.
Can you help with domain names and hosting?
Yes. We can help with domain registration, renewals, DNS management and website hosting, so you don’t need to organise everything through different providers. If you already have a domain or hosting account, we can work with your existing setup too.
Do I have to host my website with Inversit?
No. You’re welcome to host your website elsewhere.
If you choose Inversit hosting, we’ll also take care of ongoing technical maintenance, updates, backups, security and plugin management, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Can you host a website I already have?
Yes. If you already have a WordPress website and would like to move it to Inversit hosting, we can migrate it across for you.
Can I make changes to the website myself?
Yes. You’ll have access to your website and can make your own content updates if you prefer.
If you’d rather not deal with website updates yourself, we’re also available to make changes for you as required.
How long does it take to build a website?
The timeframe depends on the size of the website, the functionality required and how quickly content and feedback are supplied. Typically, once all your content is received, a standard build takes 21 business days.
Once we understand your project, we’ll give you a clearer indication of the expected timeframe before the build begins.
If you’re starting from scratch, we can help bring those pieces together too.
Can you connect my website to Google and social media?
Yes. We can connect your website with your existing social media platforms, and we also offer additional digital presence support including Google, social media setup and optimisation, analytics, website tracking and platform integrations.
Do you only build websites for businesses in the Northern Rivers?
No. While Inversit is based in the Northern Rivers and works with businesses throughout Ballina, Byron Bay, Alstonville, Lismore, Lennox Head and Tweed Heads, we can work with businesses anywhere in Australia.
Most of the website process can be managed online, by phone or via video call.
What happens after my website goes live?
We don’t disappear once your website is launched.
You’ll have access to manage your site yourself, and if you host with Inversit, we’ll continue taking care of the technical side including maintenance, security, backups and updates. We’re also available for future website changes, new pages, design work and digital support as your business grows.
