Ownership, access and support
You own your website and your content. If you host elsewhere, you’ll have full admin access at handover and will be responsible for ongoing updates, backups, and maintenance after the project is complete.
If your site is hosted with us, we maintain admin access so we can manage updates, security, and plugin maintenance on your behalf. However, if at any stage you would like to move your hosting elsewhere, you can; we just ask for 30 days notice, and we’re happy to help with the transfer once any outstanding invoices are finalised.
Website access enables you to make updates and edits to your site but if you prefer us to do that for you, we’re very happy to help! Our chargeout rate is $90 + GST p/h.
